sea_greenName: Leviathan, Prince of Envy
Age: Uncertain and immaterial, older than hell itself. In human form he looks in his early twenties.
Gender/Pronouns: Approximately male, he/him, but ultimately doesn't think it matters. Technically agender but doesn't personally know the word nor care enough to learn it.
Species: A fallen angel and demon prince of Hell
Powers:
- In Hell - basically anything he wants. He's the lord of his realm and he can shape it to his will
- On Earth (manifesting himself) - A variety of powers such as shapeshifting and conjuration, nothing near as potent as his abilities in Hell. He can also tempt humans to sin, put envious thoughts into their mind and encourage (but not control) their actions.
- On Earth (bound to human form) - Nothing and he's mad about it.
Personality: Spoiled, sullen, selfish. A little bored with everything, as is his wont - he always wants the newest, shiny thing that somebody else has. He's fickle and capricious and it's fairly easy to sway his desire for something by just.. not letting him have it.
He is capable of being nice, and often will be if he sees no point in being nasty, but his temper is short and he will turn demanding on a whim.
Basically he's a brat
History: Leviathan was an Angel, once. He remembers a little of that time, though it was so long ago and he doesn't like to think about it. He was young, for an angel, and envious of the skill and power and beauty of the archangels, of all those above him in fact. When the rebellion came, it didn't take Lucifer much to lure Leviathan to his side - the very fact the Morningstar himself was giving him the time of day very nearly did it without anything else, but the promise of power and glory tipped him over the edge.
In a way, Lucifer kept that promise, he does have power and glory as a Prince of Hell, but it's not enough, it's never enough.
Bound in Human Form
I quite often play Levi as bound in human form, exactly how that happened is nebulous (relevant only if it comes up and adaptable depending on the scene) but ultimately someone or something trapped him on earth in his human body and cut him off from the source of all his power, so he's just a 'normal' 20-something trying to live a life - if living a life involves being bitter and angry and trying anything and everything to get back to hell.
He doesn't intend to try dying because he suspects that might run the risk of sending him to hell while still bound in a mortal soul, and he knows full well how many people - mortal and demon both - would want revenge for his various whims and petty slights over the years. Removing the binding is his primary concern.
Permissions:
As a note regarding permissions, if Levi has his powers of temptation he simply has influence rather than control, he can put envious thoughts in people's heads but if characters shrug them off or ignore them - or recognise them as an external influence - that's fine by me. If you have any issues with it please let me know.
Permissions for Levi:
Shipping - 100% absolutely. M/m preferred. He will not be very nice but with patience maybe somebody could coax something out of him, he was an angel once...
General physical contact - No player objection, Levi objection depends on his whims and the situation
Fighting/violent physical contact - No player objection and he probably deserves it. Levi will object, obviously, and try to fight back. If he has powers that might end badly for the person attacking him, if he doesn't... well he'll try but he's a skinny boy with not a lot of physical strength.
Killing - No without prior negotiation.
Sexual physical contact - I'm down, he's down, it's a party.
Mind Control - Player is a-ok, especially in a smutty setting. Whether or not it works on him is open to negotiation, but if he's in bound form he absolutely will be. He will hate it.
Non/Dubcon sexual contact - Player very much down, Levi very much not - but that's the point.
Kinks - Open to quite a lot of things, kink list available on request
